1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No.
All purchases made on DhatuSuttam are final.

We follow a strict No Return – No Exchange – No Refund Policy.

Exception: A claim will be considered only if the product is physically damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours with proper proof.


2. What if I receive a damaged product?

If your product is damaged during transit:

  • You must record a complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images of damage
    • Unboxing video

Claims without unboxing video proof will not be eligible.


3. What if the color looks slightly different from the website?

Slight color variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Screen brightness and device settings
  • Natural fabric texture variations

Such minor differences do not qualify as damage and are not eligible for return or refund.


4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery within India usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.


6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If Yes:
COD may be available for select locations. Additional verification may apply.

If No:
We currently accept prepaid orders only to ensure secure and smooth processing.


7. Is my payment information secure?

Yes.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
We do not store card or banking details.


8. What happens if I provide the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

DhatuSuttam is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Re-shipping charges may apply if the order is returned.


9. What if tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please contact us within 48 hours.

We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation. Final resolution depends on courier confirmation.


10. Are the sarees and jewellery exactly as shown?

We make every effort to display products accurately.

However:

  • Handcrafted products may have slight finishing variations.
  • Minor weaving or texture variations are natural and not defects.

11. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.

Please ensure size, quantity, and shipping details are correct before checkout.
