Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DhatuSuttam.
Due to the nature of our products (sarees and jewellery), we maintain a strict return policy as outlined below.
1. No Return / No Exchange / No Refund Policy
All sales made on https://dhatusuttam.com/ are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Exception – Damaged Product Only
Returns or refunds will be considered only if the product delivered is physically damaged during transit.
To qualify:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos showing the damage
- Order number
Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
3. Conditions for Damage Claims
- The unboxing video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The opening of the package
- The visible damage to the product
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject claims if:
- The damage appears caused after delivery.
- The claim is raised after 24 hours.
- The required proof is not provided.
4. Resolution for Approved Claims
If the damage claim is verified, we may:
- Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability), OR
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
Processing time for approved refunds: 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Eligible Situations
We will not accept returns or refunds for:
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Slight design or finishing variations (handcrafted items)
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
